An old portuguese house which was built in the late 80’s and hadn’t had any work done since then, was transformed in to a modern and highly sophisticated beach holiday home. With taking down walls and adding and creating new spaces, the small and extremely dark rooms, have been transformed in to rooms all flowing in to each other with sunshine and light flowing throughout the entire house at all times of the day. The bar in the kitchen and all the floors  throughout the whole houses were done in micro cement, with underfloor heating, which gives the elegantly smooth finish and highly comfortable feeling of being barefoot in the entire house. 
The spacious kitchen with integrated dining area allows for a small group to feel at home, as well as when the whole extended family are all together  as well. 
The contemporary feeling throughout the whole house gives the owners comfort, elegance and relaxation all at the same time. The living rooms and bedrooms flow directly through large glass doors outside to the pool area and garden. Thus creating an inviting feeling throughout the whole house and garden.
